CERTIFIED CANTIENICA® TRAINING, LEVEL 1

A valid license is required to participate in this training.

The main training days take place in Zurich.
The follow-up days (FUP) are hybrid and can also be attended via Zoom.

Pelvic Floor Training – Power Training

The Level 1 diploma training combines practical knowledge with extensive personal experience. Participants explore the principles of the CANTIENICA®-Method through their own bodies and learn how to apply them in practice.

Practical application includes prevention and prehabilitation, complementary work alongside therapy, as well as individual and group coaching.

Participants explore the vivatomically based movement principles through their own bodies, learn to perceive three-dimensional movement, and refine their posture and movement patterns.

What teachers embody themselves is what clients can truly understand.

Level 1 forms the foundation of the method and focuses on the important role of the pelvic floor and the diaphragm.

The training is led by Benita Cantieni and takes place in a small group of maximum 16 participants with two instructors, ensuring focused and personal learning.

Program

Kick-off Zoom
A shared start to the preparation phase. You meet your instructors and the other participants, ask questions, and connect with the group.

The date will be announced.

3 months preparation
Self-study with the online manuals compiled by Benita Cantieni, which are continuously updated and expanded.

The training fee includes a three-month subscription to the online training at Studio Zurich, so you can immediately practice what you learn.

5-day intensive seminar
Deepening of methodology (Pelvic Floor Training / Power Program) and didactics (CANTIENICA®-Coaching).

6-month practical phase
Participants can – and are encouraged to – begin teaching immediately after the intensive seminar.

This phase helps you gain experience, develop confidence in guiding others, and start working with your first clients.

During this period, an additional group Zoom call will take place to answer open questions. The date will be scheduled during the intensive seminar.

2-day Follow-up (FUP)
Including a video teaching sample, review work, evaluation of examination materials, and diploma certification once all requirements are fulfilled.

Participants traveling from outside Europe receive a CHF 1,000 discount.
