Back training
The diploma training level 2 deepens the level 1. Main topics are the spine, the back, the supporting structure, length, extension, posture. In addition, dealing with pain or mild discomfort, prevention, targeted training, prevention or alleviation of wear and tear on the skeleton are additional topics. Getting to know clinical pictures. Coaching will be refined.
