Two PowerPoint presentations and two guided lessons of 75 minutes each recorded and provided as audio files, one lesson in the morning, one lesson in the afternoon.
Morning: getting more out of each exercise with the longitudinal bands. Use the multifidus muscles for mobility of the sides of the pelvis and the hemispheres of the skull. Using the sacrum and scapulae for vertical stabilisation. Make the arms weightless by ‘orchestrating’ from the glutes.
Afternoon: why the spine starts at the sit bones. What the perfect leg axis has to do with the perfect pelvic position. Magic with the Achilles tendons. What the perfect arm axis has to do with the back and the alignment of the skull.
There will also be enough space and time for questions and answers.
